Signed up for 2 for $10 leggings and somehow we still here
Anniversaries are so special. They’re about celebrating commitment. A milestone to share on social media. Well anyways, I’m celebrating my one-year anniversary with the athletic wear site I’ve skipped for 12 consecutive months.
I’m just really devoted like that.
Even though I haven’t spent a dime since redeeming my steal-of-a-deal upon signup, I have more than proved my loyalty. There’s just no need for one person to own more than three pairs of leggings.
The truth is that I could have easily given up on this relationship. I could have chatted with a customer service rep who’d have tried to bait me into staying by offering another exclusive discount, but I choose to stay strong. I choose to return to the sitr every month, browse for like 10 seconds and then click the ‘Skip the Month’ button like the beacon of commitment I am.
That’s why I’m commemorating this most special moment by eating a pint of ice cream while I partake in my monthly skip ritual.
Who knows if we’ll still be together next year. For now, we are perfectly a-ok, and we’ll just take it one month at a time.
